That's bull****.

There is now way that you can tell one way or another whether his silver spikes were still touching 1st base when the ball landed in the back of the glove.

 

It was inconclusive, so the call should have remained the same.

Off day Monday.  If Wright still wasn't available today he should have been sent down.
