Control is throwing strikes, command is accuracy with the zone to different quadrants. So, while Tillman is throwing more strikes he can often miss his target within the zone because of poor command.

Tejada isn't a good hitter, though. One pitch from hitting into a double play w/ Castillo on the bases. Get runners on 2nd and 3rd, avoid the double play w/ Joseph coming up. It's just ridiculous.

I think sometimes you have to trust your hitters.
