Jhoulys Chacin for the rotation?

Chacin is another okay candidate for the 4/5 spots in the rotation and should be paid accordingly. If he commands more than that in years/money, than we move on to other options.

I want Cobb along with Gausman and Bundy filling out the top 3 spots in the rotation. From there, I'd consider Chatwood, Chacin, Garcia, Sabathia, Vargas, Cashner, Mikolas, Dickey, Tillman, Gonzalez and a slew of others for the last two spots.

He wasn't that bad on the road after his struggles early on.  He had two starts in LA and NYM  in which he gave up 16ER in just 4 innings.  Those places are not hitters parks so doubt the stadium had much issue.  He finished the last four months with a road ERA of 4.3.
