Fangraphs should be looking for a couple folks.  Haven't they been losing writers to teams?

Absolutely. The quality of the work done at many of those sites has dropped dramatically. Every team is saying "We have to get one of them there Saber guys."

I think teams have plenty of analytics/numbers guys, they hire Saber writers to help as translators between the data scientists and the on the field staff and vice versa.

Kiley McDaniel is back at fangraphs after a MLB job and he has a ton of inside insight into how teams work.

Jeff Sullivan remains one of the more interesting baseball writers around. I always greatly preferred him over Dave Cameron anyways.
