We’re on exactly the same page.   And I’m more than willing to give him plenty of incentives above the guarantee.   If he earns them, I’d be really happy about it.

If he earns it, we'd all be really happy. Certainly seems like a long shot, but a healthy Tillman returning to form would be a serious game changer.
