In his last 13 starts he had 8 quality starts 7 of them were great starts.  3 bad starts and 3 decent starts.

I meant 2016 not 2018

Fact. The Orioles don't have a true major league level Number 1 starter.

Fact. The Orioles play in the toughest division in baseball.

Fact. Tillman is ok but they needed way more.

When will the Orioles ever have a true stopper type of pitcher? I guess I don't understand the logic of giving a Chris Davis 151 million and not paying top dollar to a potential 20 game winning starter.
