Let's not forget that in order to make the Carlos Gomez addition, the team DFA'ed Corey Dickerson (granted more DH than OF) and traded away Souza.

Sorry, very hard for me to say the Orioles made the worst outfield addition during the off-season, when all they did was sign 2 MIL.

Carlos signed a great deal with the Rays, considering, what MLBTR thought he was going to get.

He was a good year last year, and a suckee year, the year before, so which guy shows up for the Rays? Lots of other teams passed on Carlos too.
