George Herman Ruth says hi.

Hi Babe!

Babe was a great pitcher who went on to become maybe the best hitter.

Once he started playing in the outfield his games started as a pitcher dropped from 38 (pitcher) to 19 to 15 to 1.  So sure he played as a two way player for a couple of year but that is out of a 22 year career.

The goal with Ohtani is to keep doing this going forward.

Do you think of Ruth as a two way player or as a pitcher who became an outfielder?

I think of Ruth as a two-way player that became an outfielder.  But that's me.

OK.

I don't since he spent his first four seasons just pitching and was never a full time pitcher + outfielder.

But sure if you want to count him go ahead.
