On a quick look, since 2000 the top player drafted in the 21st round (and signed) was AJ Ramos, selected by the Marlins in 2009.   He’s been worth 6 WAR.    There’s 3-4 other guys who have been worth more than 1 WAR.

He's a senior sign with an actual unknown ceiling because you just don't know what he'll do against good pitching. We know what he does against bad pitching and it's damn impressive. Have we found any "summer league" numbers on him?
