Deeper depth, better quality, and guys are pushing each other for ABs. Norfolk might get a house cleaning. 

There was just no depth in the upper minors a few years ago. Pitching and infield specifically. It's definitely improved in the IF, but with how barren the system was, that's not saying much. I still think they could use one more stud IF prospect and the optimal situation is that Termarr Johnson blows up and is there for them at 1.1. Jung is also an option if he has a good year.

A lot of places rate Johnson 1:1 already.  I'd say he's already blown up but I guess you mean you hope a solidifies his ranking with a big season  next year.
