What a shame, since the no hitter... 3 times Means has pitched good and left the game slated for the the win. Each time our bullpen has lost it for him. Pitiful

Gone about 3 weeks due to unspecified personal reasons (might have briefly come back for a day or two a couple weeks ago).

Bullpen coach Darren Holmes has been acting PC.  Rich Cossins (sp.?) has been up from the minors as bullpen coach.

And, coincidentally or not, the pitching has been pretty bad since he has been gone

This is the inevitable slide into irrelevance for an AAAA team. It seems that 2012-2016 was ages ago. It was a fun ride. I just wish it would happen more often than once every 20 years.
