TOR Potential

This conversation always degenerates in to a disagreement about the definition of a TOR starter.  I think part of the reason this occurs is due to the fact that different teams use starting pitchers differently.  So with that as a disclaimer, I think the only current pitcher on the roster who has the stuff and physical stature to be a TOR is Grayson Rodriguez.

I can see this opinion until someone else steps up and becomes a TOR.  Then the proof is in the performance.
