I live about an hour west of Toronto - definitely not much French spoken around here (although all the packaging at the grocery store is bilingual).

Quebec is about a four hour or so drive from Toronto - no need to go that far to get poutine - you can get it anwhere in S. Ontario - yum! That and Kraft Dinner (which is just Kraft mac and cheese - Canadians like to confuse us Americans).
