This was a winnable game, with your ace on the mound, a reeling opponent, and the Orioles let it escape. There's been too many instances like this this season. I know there are still in front, but the NYY won't be ice-cold like this for too much longer. Just too many missed opportunities.

Baker loaded the bases and got 2 outs. Then I stewed of leaving him in to try to get the last out put Akin in who gave up a bases clearing double and then a HR.

For all of these sabremetrics that say how good we hit and score, sure doesn’t feel that way sometimes. 4th game in a row with 4 or less runs.
