It maybe an early exit but even with how bad things have been the Orioles still have the 4th best record since all star break and it all pretty muddled up.
Royals 12-7, very misleading 6-0 vs White Sox 6-7 vs everyone else. Don’t play again.
Yankees 10-8
Rays 10-8
Orioles 10-10
Twins 9-9
Astros 9-9
Guardians 9-10
Red Sox 8-10
Mariners 7-11
It is usually the better teams that play best 2nd half but no one is really doing that. The NL is the same way.
Wouldn't it be amazing if he was on the mound when the Orioles cinch the whole thing? That would be just the perfect ending of this wild painful season has been.
I think they need to (and will) keep Kremer, there have been too many hits to the SP depth already.
But, I'd like to go into the season with him as the #5. Or even better, in competition for a spot.
