Not about reversing the call. The umpire needs to be called out and embarrassed in front of everyone for his incompetence. That’s what Aaron Boone does and it works in his team’s favor. Many Umpires will do their jobs as badly as they can depending on the consequences. One of Hyde’s responsibilities is to see that there are consequences for screwing over his team. He has failed utterly at that aspect of his job.

I don’t know about you all but I am totally unimpressed with the Kid’s defense at 2b .  Range, errors, drops, throws .. Knocking that ball down like Mateo would have done saves a run
