What do the X and Y axis' measure?

I has something to do with the release point and the break, but I just can't remember WHAT. I'm trying to find it now. The point I didn't make was that 2 seamers and 4 seamers are very similar and hard to tell apart. I believe 2 seamers have a bigger break, but when it's a break on a fastball, it's hard to tell.

The release point is a separate data point.

The two axes measure vertical movement relative to a hypothetical pitch thrown at that speed without spin, and horizontal movement.

EDIT: On Gameday the two values are "Brk" (horizontal) and "PFX" (vertical)
