I was thinking of him as a trade target, since he can play both 2B and 3B. But his hitting has really gotten terrible. I still might like to have him as a "buy low" candidate. I thought he was a pretty good defensive 3B when I saw him there (though dWAR says otherwise).

I agree with this. He could play either 2b or 3b for the O's and as you say, buy low. What would it take to get him, I wonder?
