We have a special chant for O'Day, so why not "Let's Go Roe!" for when Chaz comes out?

It'll sound like "Let's Go O!" and the announcers will be confused. :D

Will need to see if I can get it started next time I see him on the mound in person.

Roe roe roe your boat?

A wife that watches baseball with you? You have got the life! Also, you chose well.

She seems more into it this year, for some reason. I guess after nearly 28 years of marriage she's figured out that this is something I care about a little.

o

(vs. RED SOX, 6/23)

3 up, 3 down.

15 pitches O(11 Strikes, 4 Balls.)

1 strikeout.

He keeps on getting it done.

6 or 7 good outings, perhaps there is/was a lot of luck and/or good fortune involved.

12 or 13 good outings, and you may have to admit that the guy is good.

He's one of the most valuable players on the team. He's very good and he is not arbitration eligible until 2018. So we have a good, dirt-cheap set-up man for three more seasons, and a cost-controlled pitcher for a few years after that.

Roster crunches may come and go for the rest of the season, but Dan Duquette understands the economics of being a mid-market team, and there is no way that he will let Chaz Roe slip away. Same goes for Jimmy Paredes.
