That is what I meant. Even if his defense isn't nearly as valuable as the metrics show, the contract is fine.

He would have to have a Markakisian decline in both offense and defense for the deal to turn south.

1 cup of Soy milk (or regular milk)

half a can of frozen orange juice concentrate

1/4 cup of sugar

a bunch of ice cubes

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

Mix it all in a blender.

Yeh, I'd be so freaking happy if we had signed Heyward to that contract. Short of getting seriously injured, there is almost no way that isn't a great signing. He got the same AAV as Davis, right? Just one more year in contract length and Heyward is 3 years younger.
