Geez, Young's only 30? That's a lot of drama for someone that age.

It's really unfortunate to hear this and it is reminiscent of his previous incident. I think, as O's fans, many of us keep our pair of rose-tinted glasses on when it comes to Young because of that double. Even with his fading performance last season, I think there was still a support and hope that Young could contribute and, I'll admit, I was even curious earlier this off-season if he would be an available option that could potentially make sense for the O's down the line. In the end, he owns a huge part of a special moment in O's history and I just hate to see incidents like this continue to be associated with him.

Everyone who I know who is insane when drunk is not necessarily insane when sober. I try not to judge a man by his words when intoxicated. I do hold him to obeying the law though. Difficult as that may be.
