After making the Orioles' 25-man roster as a Rule 5 pick last season, right-hander Jason Garcia is back in the minors working on his development with the Bowie Baysox.

First start he got rocked pretty good. Let's hope that improves.

I'd like 4. Bundy will get better if there are no injuries, Gausman is the 3rd coming of Jim Palmer (Mike Mussina was the 2nd). I don't trust Harvey all that much. Maybe that's just me

I like Harvey a ton, and of course, SSS, but he has the pedigree and has been taught the brains of pitching, not just throwing.
