This is a good scenario for us pitching wise. If the game is suspended then the BP won't have to be over-extended especially with the spot starter tomorrow and on Wednesday.

It's ridiculous that they've been playing through this weather. Why are they so afraid to call a rain delay? The game can pick up where it left off later.

How about June 23rd? It's an off day for both teams, and they'll both already be in Chicago (the O's have a series against the Cubs the next day).

This is true and there are safety hazards at risk here, but being a football fan as well i'm not too terribly upset about it.

I know that it's less safe given that baseball's are traveling at you at 90+ mph's, but part of me likes seeing baseball players play in the rain for once.

Well when the Orioles Yankees game was delayed last Sunday the put 32 50 pound bags of dirt on the field before they started again.
