I agree on Revere. Hes an ideal buy low guy who can sit atop the order for us. i remember him well from his MIN days and saw a PHI game here and there since he left. Down year but a normal Revere is exactly what we need. 

I think Saumders could do some nice things here though. Please no on Coghlan though. Not a fan.

He hit over .300 in each of 2013, 2014, and 2015 with a .330-.340 OBP in each year with 20-40 steals. That sounds like a very solid lead off man to me, better than we've had in years. 28 years old.

I think to expect a little uptick in payroll isn't crazy. Maybe that's just me.
