The only way he’s on the radar is if he’s signing for 3 years or less AND Mayo is traded. -
I think they keep Cedric because they need him. Cowser, Cedric and Kjerstad with some back up from some right-handed hitters. Maybe Mateo and maybe some Westburg vs lefties. -

Also probably true. Like I said, he was simply the first guy that came to mind when I Google searched my brain for "league average-ish hitter who plays excellent defense at a premium position and gets paid a lot" lol. -

I sure hope not. Watching him hit .240 with 150+ K's and play abysmal defense for $20-25 million a year for the next 5 or 6 years sounds absolutely awful. -

Oh Sasaki is one of those postings process FA ? I didn’t know that. Thanks for sharing that info . How about the other Japanese pitcher ? Suyano ( not sure if spelled correctly) ? He’s about 35 , his velocity is past his prime but has arsenal of six different pitches ? His stats look good too . I read he does not require any postings process either . We should just check in on him -

I agree with this. I could see a similar situation as Austin Hays. Elias hasn't been bashful to trade veterans. Hays, Mancini, could see the same of Mullins at the deadline. And he'd be a valuable piece if they did trade him.
