Very interesting story about tonight's opposing pitcher, and the disease that he has had to deal with since he was a senior in high school.

When he was 18 years-old, he turned down a $1.6 Million signing bonus as a 1st-round draft pick of the Milwaukee Brewers so that he could allow his body to adjust to the disease (Type 1 Diabetes) by pitching in college (near his home), instead.

In DD we trust. I think he has an eye for pitching. And Buck. Yacabonis is one of many possibilities. Dan talked about his flexibility both RH and LH.

He accumulates so much marginal pitching that eventually some of them have to have good starts.  Plenty of chaff in among the wheat.
