Last night, Dylan Bundy was tied for the Major League lead in Wins, with 5.

Dallas Keuchel's W over the Yankees last night put him in sole possession of said lead. Bundy has a chance to again tie for it tonight.

I honestly don't know much about Mancini's real, or reputational, ability at first.   So I can't answer that question.
