I've been disappointed with his power output.  I expected a little more pop.  Only one home run in over 100 at bats. 

He hasn't looked horrible at the plate but he needs more time in the minors.

Not sure what to expect from him. Last year when he had his "rehab" games in Bowie, he completely destroyed the competition, looking like a Hall of Famer against Double A pitching and in the field.

Bad hitter and bad fielder.  Him being on the roster to start the season is a joke.  Hopefully we never see him again. If only we could option Davis we would really be cooking with gas.

Of all our Rule 5 guys, I have a better feeling about Santander than any of the others making an impact at the MLB level. That includes Rickard and Flaherty. May not happen, but the ceiling is there.

I'm not saying we've been wasting time with Santander. But after watching Rickard today...Well we have been wasting our time with Santander. Lol.

He needs more time to develop. He has the tools to be a good RF. Just needs to hone his skills. I expect big numbers in AA.
