Do any of these MiL FA pitchers appeal to you?

Chris Mitchell, creator of the KATOH system for projecting major league performance based on MiL stats, has a list out of the top-projected MiL FA pitchers.    Anyone here you’d like to see us scoop up on a minor league deal?   (Note: former Norfolk reliever Richard Rodriguez is no. 4 on this list, so that tells you that the talent here is pretty marginal).

Matt Purke.  Very solid starter for TCU.  Tommy John surgery in 2014 though, and never quite got back to expectations.  I would pick him up as a minor league reclamation project.  It looks like he might be a servicable LOOGY if nothing else.

Purke signed with the Mets today.

Just on a statistical basis, I haven't seen him pitch but Ryan Carpenter looks like something to me.  I mean it's possible he's a AAAA guy (27 years old) but to put up 150+ innings of 4.15 ERA in the PCL (pitching half his game in Albuquerque) is impressive.

The current version of 2011 Dana Eveland?    Dan will be all over him!   :P
