I doubt the Orioles care much about what kind of comp pick Tampa gets, so long as the draft pick the Orioles lose is unaffected.     I can’t imagine the negotiations will hinge on that point.

That is what I said Cashner will be better than 2017 Miley and that means team will be improved.  Cobb will be better than 2017 Jimenez.   Team will have better starters than last year if healthy.
