Roch: Caleb will not be back, "guaranteed"

Yeah, with both Tony's and Roch's confirmation, the following possibilities exist:

1. He's signing somewhere else.

2. He's retiring.

3. Neither, but he's been told definitively by the O's they aren't interested. 

I would say #1 is the most likely scenario.

Both #1 and #3 are equally plausible.  I don't see him retiring.  He hasn't made enough money where even a minor league deal with an opt out wouldn't be appealing to him.
