Roch looks like he has the same vitamin plan that Hulk Hogan used in the 80s.

Meh... it’s December.

We have to think of something to talk about, but the final roster Isn’t the best December topic I think it would be more fun to have a little raffle to see if we can name the next five guys designated in order. That would be fun.

Roch does that every year for some other publication. Mid-December OD lineup. Good luck with that with the Orioles! We're typically ...... late bloomers.

Roch usually does what he can. Make a full [25] man with what the Orioles have on hand RIGHT NOW. Which he did. And it's sad.

Are players like Mountcastle eligible to play in Japan?  If so , maybe that would be an option for him.  If they are going to hold him back just play a year in Japan come back next year.
