So Hanser was lazy on the first throw to second that resulted in a non-double play. Ben says he was just being careful and making sure he would get the one out but I cry BS to that. Schoop would have had that ball to second and back to first in time to have a leisurely cigarette.

And as I write this Iglesias can’t get the ball out of his glove.

Odd that they mentioned the throw from Davis as not being great, that is exactly where you want the throw, leading the shortstop towards the outfield to help him clear the runner.

I like Cholula.  Not as hot as Tabasco or Frank's but I like the flavor.  Cholula and a little black pepper on a fried egg for breakfast is perfect

It’s time like this when bad announcers really show their worst. Making excuses for sloppy defense things like, “he was running real fast and he didn’t have a chance to get him anyway.”
So what? Still sloppy defense. 
And there’s a ton of silence, and the bare minimum of information

(sigh)

And  Chance’s throw was three feet too high. A lower throw would Have gotten the runner.

Meanwhile, why wasn’t anyone getting warmed up?
