That’s what you call going out with a bang!   I’m a little surprised they’d promote him with only two weeks to go and Bowie in a playoff race.    But, he earned it.

I took a great photo of Stowers and AR at a bowie game a few weeks back.  Anyone suggest how I can post it here or send it to someone who can?

Norfolk’s season ends on 10/3. 

The Baysox season ends on 9/19. 

It’s that simple. Stowers gets a month of ABs in Norfolk.

I think Elias is playing it real safe with the few pitching prospects we actually have. I don’t like late season promotions for pitchers. You want to challenge them when they are fresh and not at the end of the year.

As shown with Stowers - if Cower hits well next year he can go from Aberdeen to Norfolk. Hopefully, the power starts to show after getting into a professional strength program.

Stowers made his AAA debut on Tuesday. Batting 3rd. No easing him into things. He went 0-3 with a BB.

True, I just thought it was a cool picture of the 2 best players on the team chatting away.
