I think we heard the same interview.  He also mentioned Alejandro Mendez, a soon to be 21 yo RHP who touches/throws 99 mph.

I became aware of his velocity last summer, but his struggles at his age limits my interest. For comparisons, Ofelky Peralta was pitching in Frederick and outperformed him. So you never discount an arm like his, he'll need to improve his command and control significantly to get on the prospects scene.
