This, Law's limitation isn't his scouting ability, you can disagree with him, but scouting is what he does for a living, he does have some experience with it. His limitation is that all he's seeing are one game snapshots. Someone like Tony (or the Orioles minor league coaches) see them on a daily basis, and that gives them a much more complete and accurate picture.
