They said Vespi was taking Lopez spot but he hasn't been down 10 days so that means someone would have to be hurt.  I don't think trading a player allows you to skip the 10 day rule but i am not positive.

The Mets and Cardinals have been very quiet the last few days.  They have to make a move at some point I would expect.  The Cardinals especially with all their veterans retiring you would think they at least give it a try for a playoff run for that reason.
