Do you mean at Elias’s direction or with his approval? That is, do you mean that you believe Elias is telling Hyde to not let Stowers face LHP? Or that Hyde is making out the lineup and Elias is giving his approval?

Personally, I do not think either are happening.  I think Hyde has autonomy over the day to day management duties.  I have heard Elias state that he and Hyde talk daily about things, but that Hyde is the manager (inferring that he is not micromanaging Hyde).
