Agree to disagree.  I'd rather have Voth start an inning with no one on base and use Bautista to "save" the game when you need a key strikeout.  It is somewhat similar to not using Britton in the WC game, albeit in a much much much less important game.

I just do not understand why you think Bautista's pitches (I don't want him gassed for September either) are more valuable in a 4-1 game to start an inning than with runners on base in a 0-0 game when you need a strike out.  You're obviously entitled to feel that way, I just do not understand it from a logical or baseball standpoint.
