I love Palmer but it’s a little sad to see him losing a step.  You can see him looking for the right word and being conscious of it.  He shouldn’t be embarrassed or frustrated, it’s part of getting older, but you can see the frustration. Still gives great insights and one of my favorite color guys of all time.

Doug Eddings is the plate ump.

He is one of the most notorious pitcher's ump in MLB.   Calls a lot of strikes.

Hard to look at the lineup today and believe that this is a true contender that needs to sell the farm to add a finishing piece. Still feels like we're waiting for reinforcements and ahead of schedule.

I'm really close to being done with Mountcastle. He is regressing every year. Zero approach and bails the pitcher out all too often.

The key to being aggressive is also being smart and scouting the catcher's arm strength well in advance before even attempting to steal.

O's came in at 83% stealing this year... if you can keep that percentage up, it's helping the team overall.

Their catcher was in our system last year, so I would sure hope they have a report on him.
