your baltimore inferiority complex is shining through. nats have great city connect uni's especially compared to baltimores.

Our city connects are trash.  Did I say otherwise?  Has nothing to do with inferiority complex.

They need to think about putting Grayson in the bullpen. He's going to be running up against his innings limit as a starter anyway and they need help out there.

Is DL Hall not even in this organization anymore?? WTH are they doing with him??

If the O's don't score this inning - just leave Garrett in to finish this game, regardless of the score or number of pitches he throws.

Yeah force him to suck it up.  He aint gonna have much of a career anyway.  30 years old and only has like 20 innings pitched over two seasons years ago.  He is just an arm to use this year.

He is on an innings limit and has dropped about three mph on his stuff.  He might not be up this year.  Maybe he never pans out.  Cant really hit the broad side of a barn or hit the floor falling out of bed.  He was a Duquette pick.  LIkely a bust.

Can't say the current regime has done much to develop him.

Which I think is a lot more important than who drafted him.

That injury over the winter just completely knocked him off-course for this year. If he stays in the organization he should strictly be groomed as a reliever going forward which probably should have happened at least a year ago.

Some guys are snake bit....Adam Loewen comes to mind.  Total bust every year for one reason or another.  Something always coming up.

He had the excuse that his arm kept breaking.

Yeah that was odd.   How many guys cant throw the ball without having stress fractures all the time?  I mean he isnt a super hero or something.

Mancini sucks all year but has his best game against our awful pitching today.  Not a single guy pitched well.  From starter to this Garrett dude.  Everyone sucked.

Pitching is a need for this team. There really is no proven stopper in the starting rotation. Wells and Gibson have both been good, but they aren't a TOR starter. Maybe Wells can be that guy, but he needs to prove it over the long term.

And the bullpen needs a reliever (can be trade or someone like DL Hall) that can be trusted in the last three innings outside of Cano/Bautista.
