Adley once again chases two balls that aren’t even close and K’s. Way too many strikeouts the past few weeks from both Adley and Gunnar. Gunnar K’ing over 30% the last 31 days, Adley nearly 25% the past two weeks while walking less than 4% of the time. The contact is good for Adley but the quality of at bats and chase amount is pretty disappointing.

I just switched from the Nats broadcast to Melanie.  Hard to tell which is more lifeless.

They actually looked ok with the white pants last week. But the black/black pairing with the white belt make them look like 40s Western Swing musicians. Might as well have bandanas and boots, too.

Adley is turning into Adam Jones before our very eyes.

O's rise or sink to the level of the competition.  It's hard to understand a team that plays better against the best teams than against cellar dwellars.
