I'm blaming Burnes' A-S start. The attention, preparation, and desire to pitch well in that role must take a toll, especially mentally.

Maybe when an announcer hears of a guy for the first time, he's a rookie for that year.

At times this looks like a movie I've seen too many times. The Orioles get an early lead, then go to sleep offensively while the other team chips away.  The lead roles usually are played by Oriole pitchers other than Burnes, but Corbin may get a shot.
