Wonder what it would take for Hyder to allow Burnes to go for the CG?  A 12 pitch 8th would put him at 98 pitches.  Would Hyde let him go back out?

They need to get Kimbrel or Cano in this game but he's got Webb warming again. I don't want to see those guys late in a one-run game tomorrow knocking rust off.

Gameday says the ball was deflected by Burnes.   Routine or could he have been hurt in any way?

Looked to be off the shoe. Hopefully it was off the hard sole and not off the soft side leather. They didn't do a close-up replay. He didn't seem to be in pain, though. He was mostly upset at having to come out of the game.

And Gameday said it went to Norby.   So a catcher scored all the way from 2nd on an infield hit???
