You don't warm them up yet, because if you do and the overwhelmingly likely result of Berken getting out of this inning without needing to be pulled occurs, your relievers will be less sharp when we actually need to go to them in the 4th or 5th.

It takes more than two bloops to decide to pull a guy.

He's going through a slump. Jones will go through one at some point. Wigginton will heat up at some point. It's baseball.

That was a really, really impressive inning by Berken. Got himself into a jam and managed to work out of it giving up just a run.
