For some reason, I don't like the white panel on the home hats. It doesn't look right with the modern home uniforms. Love the black hat though...I will be getting one of those.

I agree. Not loving the white panel front. The black is awesome.

I like it. I even like the white panel. It's kinda retro with a new twist. I am not sure which one I will buy. I have several unofficial caps that resemble both of those.

I never liked the white-paneled hat that much. I've always maintained the all-black-paneled hat has much better tonal contrast with the uniforms and should be used all the time.

White-panel will always be Brooks' last cap, Ripken rookie, '83 Series to me --- all good.

There will be two versions of the new cartoon bird (which will be on the players' hats for every game except when they wear alternate road jerseys), home and away, and those changes will also be made to the team's batting helmets.

Hmmmm....maybe the black jersey becomes the road alt (with "Baltimore") with the O's cap??

Overall I'm pleased. I was worried about the logo when I saw it on the website, but it looks great on the cap. I'm happy

According to the press release the black jersey remains.
