Why is Buck so obsessed with trying to get Chen a W? How about we put the team first? I know Buck is God in a lot of people's eyes but his handling of Chen late in games is terrible.

Inning wasnt over when i wrote that, and it sure isnt over yet. I hate all the negative nancies too but this one was just too easy. I wrote in the middle of the inning that chen shouldnt come back out, and im sure most people here were thinking the same thing. we all know he fades after 85-90 pitches, and he'd reached his limit.

How in the world he lets Chen faces the last two righties with Ayala warmed is beyond me? Although he got one of them out, you gotta go with Ayala in that situation. Unfortuntaely, Buck seems to be one of the worse managers around in the 7th inning. I have to look up the numbers, but if the Orioles lose late in a game, it's usually the 7th where Buck leaves his starter in too long that gets us.
