I still dont think there is enough evidence to overturn the call. It looked like he MIGHT have gotten that tag on his arm before it crossed the plate.

I think he was out, but it was close.

I just don't think it should be allowed to check to see if Joseph was blocking the plate, not use a challenge on it, and still have the guy called safe in the end as they "look at the whole play". Maddon is getting a free challenge there. It's abusing the flawed system. Everyone is going to start asking the crew chief to review every single close play at the plate and not using a challenge. It's a farce. Joseph couldn't have given him any more of the plate.

There being a review is a farce. The catcher not blocking the plate is a farce... I hate it all.
