Great game. Two very good offensive teams. Zobrist really improves KC's lineup. My guess is that Jays will play a lot of games like that one -- fine as long as they lose plenty of them.

And that's the point. The platoon partner is the key to the value of the total package. Danny Valencia alone is not more valuable than Ben Revere. If platooned correctly, the combination of he and another player can be more valuable. But that is two players, not one.
