I'll ask again, can Cruz pitch? We're getting first-half Tillman tonight, and having Cruz in our dugout wouldn't change that.

You do know that he is on pace for a 6 WAR season, right? If you believe that, well 6 more wins sure would help this team.

I get what your saying but some intangibles do matter. Cruz was great in the clubhouse. How much did it matter? Who knows, but my guess is that it does matter.

Wieters put his hand on his hip and kind of bent a little and grimaced during his last at-bat, just like he did there on the mound, as if it was a hip or something. I thought it was weird then.

EDIT: Now they say hamstring.
